Step #1: Complete the Survey
Completing the Root Rhythm Restore Survey is the first step in our process. It helps us understand whether working together is the right fit. Your responses give me a sense of your goals, your challenges and what you’re hoping to change. This lets us make sure the support you’re looking for matches the way I work so your time, energy and effort are spent in the right place.
From here we will schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation to determine if we are good fit for your health goals.

Step #2: Schedule Your Intake Session
After you schedule your Intake Session, I’ll send you an in‑depth intake form that is detailed by design. This form allows me to see your health history, daily rhythms and the patterns you’ve been navigating so I can understand what’s really driving your symptoms. You’ll complete it and return it at least (3) three days before your appointment, so I have time to review everything with care and prepare for our time together.
In your intake session, we’ll walk through your health timeline and identify the patterns that matter. This is where we begin shaping the first step of your protocol to healing and grounded in your history, your rhythms and what your body has been communicating.
The intake session lasts 60 minutes and costs $125.

Step #3: Follow‑Up Sessions as Needed
Follow‑up sessions are scheduled based on what you need and how your body is responding. These appointments give us space to review your progress, adjust your protocol and support the next phase of your healing. Some people benefit from meeting more frequently, while others check in periodically as their symptoms shift.
Each session lasts 45 minutes and costs $95.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy uses gentle red and near‑infrared wavelengths to support your body at the cellular level. These wavelengths help your cells produce more energy, calm inflammation and repair stressed tissues. Many people use red light therapy to support skin health, joint comfort, muscle recovery and overall energy balance.
Benefits are most noticeable with consistent use. Research shows that red light therapy works best when used several times per week for a few weeks, because the effects build as your cells adapt and repair. Many people notice changes within 3–4 weeks of steady use.
Sessions are gentle, non‑invasive and deeply restorative.
A 20‑minute light session requires a 30‑minute appointment block and is $35.
A 30‑minute light session requires a 40‑minute appointment block and is $45.
